Delivery Details:

Track and Trace is a service that makes it easier for you to track the progress of your order. As soon as your item is dispatched you we will be sent a confirmation email letting you know that your item has been shipped. This email will include your unique tracking number which is assigned to your parcel.

Also included will be a direct link to the couriers website where you can enter your tracking number to see the progress of your parcel.

Free Delivery from £70

All Free delivery orders will delivered using Royalmail or courier. The parcel typically arrives within 5-7 days however Royalmail will only compensate 14 days after the parcel has been dispatched. We will still aim to get orders out the same day if ordered before 3.00pm, however during busy times this could take and extra day. This service is only currently available to UK customers.

UK Standard (1st Class)

Royalmail will deliver your order by First Class Recorded. Please note that 1st Class post is not guaranteed and insured upto £30. The parcel typically arrives within 5 days however Royalmail will only compensate 14 days after the parcel has been dispatched.  All parcels are posted by 3.00pm each day.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (Saturday)

If you require your order on a Saturday please choose this express delivery options. This will be especially useful for those unable to sign for the parcel during the week. All orders made from Sunday to Friday before 3.00pm using this postage method will have their parcel delivered on Saturday.

Two Day Guaranteed  Delivery (Express)

If you require your order within 2 working days we recommend you use this express delivery options. All parcels are posted by 3.00pm each day; orders after 3.00pm will be processed the following day. Delivery dates quoted above are based on working days (Mon-Fri). Weekend delivery is not guaranteed. This delivery service is insured up to £500. Note that we use Royal Mail Special Delivery service for our 2 Day Delivery option.

Urgent Orders Next Day Delivery (Priority)

If you require your order by the next working day, we recommend you use this priority delivery option. Parcels will require a signature on delivery. Please note that any item with (WE) at the end of the reference number is not guaranteed for this delivery option. You should confirm that you are not choosing a (WE) product before placing your order by checking the reference number on the "specifications" tab of the product page. All (WE) products can be guaranteed for the two day delivery. 

We are able to post to a different address than the billing address please insert delivery address during ordering. 

All packages sent by Escapade in the UK will need signing for.

We recognize that some events are last minute hence we provide express options, however when possible we suggest that you leave a couple of days grace so not to be disappointed. We send our parcels by Royal Mail or by a courier. All items purchased from www.escapade.co.uk are made pursuant to their shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon collection by the appointed courier.
