Anyone who thinks they've got an embarrassing dad had better be prepared to admit they're not in as blush-inducing a situation as one American teen.
Rain Price, 16, from Utah asked his father Dale if he would mind not waving him off when he left on the school bus each day, as he felt it was damaging his street cred.
However, Dale instead decided to wave at his son from the front porch each day wearing superhero fancy dress and other costumes.
So far, he has sported more than 170 different outfits, from Wonder Woman to a mermaid and a bride, much to Rain's chagrin.
"When he did it the first day I was in shock. You don't want to see your dad dressing up in a wedding dress, waving at you on the bus," the youngster said.
"I hope this lives with him for the rest of his life," commented Dale - and it probably will.
It's a shame Dale isn't from the UK, as he could otherwise have entered the Manchester Evening News' Most Embarrassing Dad of the Year competition for Father's Day.
