Mad Men star Christina Hendricks has revealed that she would enjoy wearing superhero fancy dress if she had the chance.
She made her comments to US chat show host Rachel Ray when asked if she was being lined up to play comic book heroine Wonder Woman.

However, it is unlikely the actress will be spotted in Wonder Woman fancy dress on the silver screen any time soon, since she revealed that it is just a rumour.
The star has become something of an icon as a result of her ample curves, with the Daily Mail pointing out that the superhero costume may need some adjustment if she was to play the role.
Another hitch is that the Wonder Woman outfit has been described as dysfunctional by MTV writer Kara Warner.
