1.Hogwarts After Dark

Perfect for Harry Potter fans who don’t mind splashing out for the evening, what better way to celebrate Halloween than by spending the night at Hogwarts. The ‘After Dark’ experience will be a dream come true for many and takes place over the 26
th, 27
th and 28
th of October. Here you can expect to enjoy cocktails and canapes followed by a two-course dinner at the Great hall which will be adorned with all the Halloween treats and décor you can imagine. Think floating pumpkins, red apples and cauldrons of candy everywhere.
You can also look forward to an after-hours studio tour where you will be taken on a trip to the Gryffindor common room set, Weasley’s Kitchen and also get to visit the prop making department to learn all about how the enchanted ceiling was crafted.

Suitable for the whole family, the
Horniman Halloween Fair is guaranteed to provide plenty of fiendish fun for everyone and is especially great for kids. Expect to hear spooky storytelling and browse the arts and crafts market for all sorts of seasonal gifts and yummy treats. That’s not it either. The event which runs from Saturday 27
th October to Sunday 28
th October is also hosting a ‘Halloween Lantern Workshop’, a ‘Spooky Halloween Trail’ and a ‘Wild Fangs Creepy Creatures Cave’ not to mention a Halloween Parade where you are encouraged to dress up and show off your costumes!

3. Pumpkin Decorating

Why not celebrate Halloween by taking part in a classic and very hands-on activity? Pumpkin Carving!
The Horniman Museum is hosting a Pumpkin Decorating Workshop on the 25
th and 26
th October and it only cost £7.
The ticket comes with a pumpkin which you can decorate and take home and if you are an adult simply accompanying a child then you do not require a ticket.

4. Halloween at the Rivoli Ballroom

If you love your horror movies then you will certainly love Halloween at the Rivoli Ballroom. Yes, that’s right the beautiful Rivoli Ballroom will be hosting a pop-up film fest showing all our favourites including Scary Movie, Halloween, Rocky Horror Picture Show and The Shining.
