You might not expect to see staff wearing Iron Man fancy dress costumes if you're spending a pleasant afternoon in the garden centre.
But that's exactly what customers at Bridgemere Garden World in Crewe can expect this weekend.
Employees will be carrying out a charity car wash on the premises on Saturday and Sunday, while wearing fancy dress costumes.
All of the money raised will go towards Greenfingers, a national charity which creates nice gardens at children's hospices.
Hope House near Oswestry is set to be one of the beneficiaries of the money raised at the event, along with the Donna Louise Trust in Trentham.
Marc Haigh, manager of Bridgemere Garden World, said customers will be asked to pay £3 if they want staff in fancy dress costumes to clean their car.
"We're thrilled to offer our support to these local worthy causes," he added.
Of course, if staff are too embarrassed they could still take part by hiding their face, possibly by going all Adam West with a Batman fancy dress costume.
