Madonna is to host a regal fancy dress party for her 52nd birthday this week, it has been revealed.
According to the Mirror, the Material Girl is to dress up as Anne Boleyn for the bash, which is to be a joint party shared with her son Rocco.
She is to invite all of her closest friends and family, while Rocco - who will be ten - will be bringing his school pals for jelly and ice cream.
"Rocco and Madonna have birthdays just days apart so Madge thought it would be nice to really treat the youngster to an unforgettable party," the mole commented.
Given her penchant for all things British, we're surprised the Queen of Pop didn't go for Equestrian fancy dress!
However, perhaps directing new film W.E, which tells the story of Wallis Simpson and King Edward VIII, has given her a new passion for the history of the UK.
