• The people of Newtongrange in Scotland will be keeping their eyes peeled for a man in a king fancy dress outfit soon in order to kick off a fun festival.

    An annual tradition, the Newtongrange Gala will be taking place tomorrow (June 12th 2010) in order to celebrate the town's rich history, the Mid-Lothian Advertiser reports.

    The king, queen and courtiers will assemble in the town's main square before parading through the streets to the rhythm of Newtongrange Silver Band, The Massed Pipes and Drums, and View Post
