Lady Gaga dismisses meat frock as nothing but fun fancy dress

Pop star Lady Gaga has waved off criticisms of the meat outfit she wore last week, insisting it was nothing but fun fancy dress. The singer sparked controversy at last week's MTV Video Music Awards after she turned up in a dress that was actually made of raw cuts of beef. Animal rights groups insisted it was cruel, but Lady Gaga has since defended her outfit, pointing out that it is not really any different to utilising other animal products.
