Vernon Kay has revealed that seeing his daughter in children's fancy dress helped him to complete a gruelling triathlon last month. The 36-year-old took part in the 1500m swim, 40k bike ride and 10k run in London for Great Ormond Street Hospital recently and said he was really struggling at the end.
