Vernon Kay has revealed that seeing his daughter in children's fancy dress helped him to complete a gruelling triathlon last month.
The 36-year-old took part in the 1500m swim, 40k bike ride and 10k run in London for Great Ormond Street Hospital recently and said he was really struggling at the end.
You'd have thought he would have been fine with those gangly legs, but Vernon told Fabulous magazine he was worried he had nothing left to give - until he saw wife Tess and daughter Phoebe cheering him on.

Vernon even said he might like more kids so he could take a chance on getting a boy - perhaps he's fed up of High School Musical fancy dress and glitter!
