  • Get Alice in Wonderland fancy dress ready for T in the Park

    Music fans heading to T in the Park next month may be packing Alice in Wonderland fancy dress costumes with their festival essentials.

    The opening day of the Scottish event has been designated Fancy Dress Friday for the last two years, with prizes available for festival goers donning the most outlandish outfits.

    This year, the theme is The Mad Hatter's T Party, giving fans of Alice in Wonderland the licence to dress as their favourite characters from the book or simply sport some unusual headgear.

  • Zombie fancy dress could break records this August

    A festival in Hertfordshire is hoping to break a record for the biggest number of people in zombie fancy dress this August.

    The Big Chill festival has teamed up with Film 4, Danny Boyle and Warp films in an attempt to claim the Guinness World Record on August 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th 2010.

    As an added incentive, the frighteningly-attired participants will be filmed for a short movie about the event.
