If you thought that the London Marathon was done-and-dusted a month ago - you are sadly mistaken. Ex-footballer Lloyd Scott has just finished the race - after starting it 26 days ago - travelling on a giant sled while dressed as Brian the Snail from the Magic Roundabout.
Mr Scott completed just over a mile a day - spending eight hours each day in the fancy dress costume.
But the feat was no stroll in the park, as Mr Scott suffered constant cramps, vomiting and nosebleeds.
When he crossed the finish line, he told the Daily Mail that it was something he would never repeat.
"I haven't even thought about what I'm going to do now, it's just enough to know what I haven't got to do," he added.
Mr Scott, who embarked on the gruelling journey to raise awareness of children with mobility problems, managed to raise £20,000 for Action for Kids.
He won't be the last to cross the finish line, however. Eddie Kidd, who was left disabled after a motor bike crash in 1996, has just passed the 11-mile mark after 26 days on the course. He hopes to finish by the end of the month.
