    This is exactly what Rev Martin Wray from Horsley Hill in South Shields thought when the town decided to hold a fundraising evening for charity, the Shields Gazette reports.

    However, the idea seems to have gone down like a lead balloon among parishioners at St Lawrence the Martyr Church, who claim the party-loving rev has brought the place into disrepute.

  • Richard Branson to wear sexy fancy dress after losing bet

    It has been revealed that Richard Branson is to wear sexy fancy dress and serve drinks on a flight after he lost a bet with his friend and rival.

    The Virgin entrepreneur had a wager with Lotus Formula 1 boss Tony Fernandes which agreed that the man whose team lost the championship would serve as a stewardess on the winner's airline.

    And although neither of their teams emerged victorious, Lotus ranked ahead of Virgin on the basis of their better finishing positions.

  • Sexy fancy dress livens up IT conference

    Attendees of an IT conference in London last week were treated to a sexy fancy dress event in order to raise money and celebrate a special milestone.

    According to Computer Weekly, November 2010 marks ten years of the datacentre industry and staff were encouraged to embrace a Carry On theme for the party after the corresponding conference.
