  • Russell Brand dons Batman fancy dress for new movie

    Russell Brand has been spotted wearing superhero fancy dress in New York for his forthcoming film Arthur.

    The funnyman was photographed in a Batman costume for the remake of the 1980s classic, which tells the story of a drunkard who is forced to marry in order to inherit his fortune.

    It also stars Helen Mirren, Jennifer Garner and Luis Guzman, but all eyes were on Brand this week as he leapt about in the costume, which featured some serious abs - and a utility belt filled with hip flasks instead of useful crime-fighting items!

  • Comic fans get glimpse of Ryan Reynolds' superhero fancy dress

    Comic book fans have been given a glimpse of the superhero fancy dress Ryan Reynolds is to wear when he becomes the Green Lantern (or one of them) soon.

    The US actor has been pictured on the cover of Entertainment Weekly in the costume, which is jade-coloured and very futuristic-looking.

    He has a white badge on his chest and is wearing one of the famed rings which give each Green Lantern his superpowers.

    The new movie - one of many comic book adaptations lately - won't be ready until next year, but it will see Reynolds play View Post

  • T in the Park performer wears Indian chief fancy dress

    A performer at this weekend's T in the Park music festival appeared onstage wearing an Indian chief headdress fancy dress outfit, it has been revealed.

    According to NME.com, Empire of the Sun frontman Luke Steele performed the band's hits last night (July 11th 2010) wearing the fun costume, which came complete with colourful feathers.

    The outfit was apparently one of a series donned by the performer during the band's lengthy set, which was backed up by a big screen showing psychedelic visuals.<br View Post
