Daniel Craig has been speaking about his recent wedding for the first time - but he appears to have taken inspiration from his alter ago James Bond, as he ended up revealing very little.
The 43-year-old is known to have married actress Rachel Weisz in a ceremony in New York last month following a whirlwind romance.
No doubt hoping to hear some interesting anecdotes about the nuptials, the media waited with baited breath as Craig spoke about it recently, but we're still none the wiser about what went on behind closed doors.
"I did it secretly, I can't tell you how I pulled it off. My private life is incredibly important to me and that aspect is more than incredibly important to me," he commented.
There aren't even any errant wedding guests who might spill the beans, as only four people witnessed the vows taking place - Craig's daughter Ella, Weisz's son Henry and two very close pals.
Even dating was a secret for Craig and Weisz, as the press only found out they were more than just good friends last Christmas when they were spotted together.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that Rhys Ifans has been recruited to star in the next James Bond movie, which will be out in the UK on October 26th 2012.
According to the Daily Telegraph's Mandrake, Javier Bardem will play the baddie in the as-yet unnamed film, which will largely be shot in South Africa. Naomie Harris could also be in line to take on the role of Miss Moneypenny, the Daily Mail reports.
Ifans once starred in Enduring Love with Craig and they famously shared an on-screen kiss - it's unlikely that he'll be able to lock lips with super-cool Bond, though.
Anyone who can't wait for the next screen instalment could always read the most recent James Bond book, which is called Carte Blanche and was written by Jeffrey Deaver.
