Harry Potter fans were out en masse in their film fancy dress costumes last night (November 11th 2010) in order to see stars at the premiere of The Deathly Hallows Part 1.
Thousands of Muggles from all over the world gathered at Leicester Square to see Danielle Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson walk the red carpet as the film franchise begins to draw to a close.
Lots of people went in costume - with Lord Voldemort fancy dress and Death Eaters among them - while the walkway was lined with burning cauldrons and other props.
Watson got plenty of attention thanks to her short vintage dress and pixie haircut, which has led many people to compare her to Audrey Hepburn.
The Deathly Hallows is the final book in the Harry Potter series but it has been split into two parts for the cinema.
However, JK Rowling hinted in an interview with Oprah Winfrey that she may be tempted to write about the characters again in a decade or so.
