A man who has been donning an Incredible Hulk fancy dress costume day in, day out for the past ten years has blasted rookies who he says have caused a ban on such outfits.
Joe McQueen is an aspiring actor who has been supporting his income since 2000 by dressing up as the superhero on Hollywood Boulevard and impressing tourists.
However, he told FlashNews.com that recently, newcomers have been muscling in on his patch, wearing "crappy" costumes, breaking character on the job and intimidating passersby.
Now, they have made the Hulk very angry by causing LAPD to implement a blanket ban on superhero fancy dress .
However, instead of going on the rampage, he is thinking of organising a worker's union for costumed veterans to prevent people like him being put out of work.
Maybe the Hulk has been on an anger management course in between first appearing in 1962 and being named the 14th greatest comic book character ever by Empire magazine recently!
