  • Katy Perry has revealed she is keen to keep on wearing fun fancy dress for as long as she can get away with it.

    The pop star told People magazine she has always loved dressing up and would get changed for breakfast, lunch and dinner as a child.

    However, she acknowledged that she might not always get away with kaleidoscopic latex dresses and whipped cream bras.

    "They have an expiration date and that's why I'm wearing them now at 25," Katy commented.

    At the moment though, the wife of Russell Brand is happy to rock whatever costume

  • A writer is looking forward to a Canadian festival which he said always results in fun fancy dress.

    In an article for the Metro, Alex Macpherson revealed he went to Igloofest for the first time in January 2009 and discovered a very exciting - if extremely chilly - event.

    Indeed, the journalist said he experienced temperatures 15 degrees C below freezing at Quai Jacques-Cartier in Montral, where Igloofest is to have its fourth outing in 2011.

    The Devil Wears Prada actress appeared on Saturday Night Live in a series of outfits, including one which saw her emulate Kate Middleton. She joined a fake Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip to show what might have happened when the future queen was introduced to them by William.
