A woman has had titanium horns implants into her head to add to the gothic look that has seen her nicknamed 'vampire mother'.
Maria Hose Cristerna, who lives in Mexico and has four children, already had tattoos to cover most of her body, teeth shaped to look like fangs and huge holes in her earlobes, but this was apparently not enough.
So, she decided to have metal placed under the skin at the front of her head to make her look really supernatural and very frightening.
She showcased the look at a Californian exhibition recently - bet she didn't have any trouble getting a table to herself at lunchtime!
"The horns I have are a symbol of strength and were implanted without anaesthetic. I had the fangs done because I loved vampires as a little girl," Ms Cristerna told the Sun.
We love vampires as a result of True Blood, but we certainly wouldn't want to look this scary! Incidentally, it was revealed recently that series four of the drama is to air in June in the US, but we'll have to wait until next year for it in Britain.
