  • Superhero fancy dress ideal for green charity challenge?

    Superhero fancy dress could be ideal for people taking part in a charity event to raise money for disadvantaged kids.

    Set up by Deborah Meaden from Dragon's Den, the Dragon's Den Challenge requires people to dress up in anything green to generate extra funds for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

    Among the participants recently were staff at Stagecoach South West in Torbay, the South Devon Herald Express reported.

  • Christina Hendricks: I'd love to wear Wonder Woman fancy dress

    Mad Men star Christina Hendricks has revealed that she would enjoy wearing superhero fancy dress if she had the chance.

    She made her comments to US chat show host Rachel Ray when asked if she was being lined up to play comic book heroine Wonder Woman.

  • Celebs and royals check out pirate fancy dress at City firm's charity day

    A host of celebrities and even part of the Royal family headed out to see the pirate fancy dress on show at a City trading firm's charity day this week.

    Employees at ICAP worked for free and donned costumes to help raise money for good causes yesterday (December 8th 2010), with Prince Charles and Prince William among those taking part.

    The heirs to the throne even manned the phones at one stage in order to close a £14 billion deal with a foreign exchange company.
