    If you were going to see the Queen, the chances are you'd choose a morning suit over a cow fancy dress costume.

    However, this is not the case for milkman Tony Fowler, who will be collecting an MBE this week, the Leicester Mercury reports.

  • Melbourne breaks record for most superhero fancy dress costumes anywhere

    The Australian city of Melbourne has broken a record after successfully gathering the most people in superhero fancy dress in one location.

    Previously, the UK held the Guinness World Record for this with 1,091, but the Aussies have now taken our title by gathering 1,245 superheroes at Federation Square.

  • Superhero fancy dress record attempt to take place at Twickenham

    Anyone who loves superhero fancy dress should get themselves down to Twickenham on May 23rd 2010.

    As part of the London Sevens rugby event, the organisers have announced that they hope to break a Guinness World Record for the largest number of people in superhero fancy dress in the stands.

    The current record is 1,016, but with 50,000 tickets for the event already sold, it is hoped that enthusiastic rugby fans will be able to smash it easily.
